Interparcel tracking not updating

At 4.45pm still nobody arrived and nobody called me so I contacted INTERPARCEL chat again and they reassured me that someone would arrive by 5.30pm.

I googled the courier company to obtain their phone number, I called them directly and they told me that the courier could still arrive as late as 5.30pm.

I booked and paid in full a large expensive parcel Saturday August 2017 to be picked up the following Monday but nobody arrived to take it off me and nobody called me.

Local carriers can be problematic, but overall Interparcel picks up and delivers without too many delays. We do have an online user account option on our website, which will allow you to store your card details along with a transaction history. read more » I sent a concrete statue and I knew in the info provided that it may get damaged and it did, it broke in half in transit but it got there in good time!I won't be sending a similar item any time soon but I should've made a smarter decision Hi Cass, Thanks for taking the time to review.Why does your ministry and the @liberal_party seemingly not care about sustaining our rural communities?We have used Interparcel several times now and on each occasion they have picked up when scheduled, delivered promptly and all parcels have arrived in excellent condition without breakages or damage. It was picked up when scheduled with the courier calling on the day with details of pick up.
